Image Analysis and Data Management

The Biomedical Imaging Resource Core offers a wide variety of services, tools, technologies and expertise related to image analysis and image data management.

The core has experience working with a broad range of clients, and tailors its image analysis and data management services to a client's particular needs. Investigators using the Biomedical Imaging Resource Core have varying image analysis requirements (from a few images to many 3D data sets) and are conducting many types of studies (from cross-sectional population studies to multiple time point longitudinal studies).

Data management services
