Histogram of blood sample analyzed by Mayo Clinic's Flow Cytometry Core in Arizona.

Overview

The Flow Cytometry Core at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, has been established to allow investigators access to state-of-the-art equipment that may otherwise be unattainable on an individual lab basis. The core consistently upgrades and obtains new equipment to remain a part of cutting-edge research. In addition to providing instrumentation, the core has dedicated staff to assist in all areas of flow cytometry.

The core is capable of running samples for users who prefer to drop off their samples and have core staff analyze them. Alternatively, users may receive hands-on training to learn the skills to run their own samples. Trained users have access to the core 24 hours a day.

The Flow Cytometry Core provides services to all Mayo Clinic faculty and staff engaged in research at Mayo Clinic's Arizona campus. Additionally, services are offered to non-Mayo investigators and research collaborators in the Phoenix area. For more information, please contact the core.
