Our state-of-the-art Image and Analysis Core specializes in developing and using advanced image acquisition protocols to aid in research and clinical needs.
Our expertise includes multiparametric quantitative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This imaging includes magnetization transfer, diffusion-weighted imaging, blood oxygen level-dependent, arterial spin transfer and others. These protocols enable comprehensive and detailed insight into tissue properties and physiology.
In addition, our facility is equipped for specialized imaging techniques, including:
- Sodium MR imaging, which reveals cellular health and metabolic processes.
- Dual-energy CT that distinguishes between various materials within the body, offering valuable insights for diagnosis and therapeutic strategies.
- 3D ultrasound.
