Mayo GBM PDX Line Data

To help researchers plan for experiments and studies, the Mayo Clinic Brain Tumor PDX National Resource offers information about growth characteristics, invasiveness and subtypes for patient-derived xenografts (PDXs), along with tissue microarray data and de-identified clinical data from patient electronic records.

We've also cataloged, analyzed and performed sequencing on tumor samples.

Detailed information about the model and characteristics can be found in the article "Genomic and Phenotypic Characterization of a Broad Panel of Patient-Derived Xenografts Reflects the Diversity of Glioblastoma," published online in Clinical Cancer Research by Mayo Clinic pathologist Rachael A. Vaubel, M.D., Ph.D., on Dec. 18, 2019.
