Facilities

The Microscopy and Cell Analysis Core occupies more than 5,000 square feet, with offices and main lab space located on the 14th floor of the Guggenheim Building at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, Minnesota.

In addition to being a Mayo Clinic research core, the Microscopy and Cell Analysis Core is part of the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center, which is a National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center. The core also has strong ties with Mayo's clinical departments, including the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology and Mayo Clinic Laboratories.
