Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Specialties

The Mayo Clinic Metabolomics Core provides powerful nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) tools to help researchers clarify the structure of unknown compounds, conduct in vivo experiments and measure metabolite kinetics in isotope tracing studies.

• 500, 600, 700 MHz: 1D, 2D, 3D homo- and heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy of body fluids and tissue extracts
