Ensayos clínicos

Inclusion Criteria:

• A Mayo Clinic patient with a Mayo Clinic Provider that is piloting PGx testing with the Center for Individualized Medicine
• Patient age of 65 years or older
• Patient currently taking (or should be) or more prescription medications in 3 or more drug classes impacted by the chosen panel test’s genes. The drug classes include:
  • Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, TCAs)
  • Pain (Codeine, Tramadol, TCA)
  • Anticoagulants and Antiplatelet (Warfarin, Clopidogrel)
• Patients must understand and provide written informed consent and HIPAA authorization prior to initiation of any study-specific procedure

Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients with a diagnosis of psychotic disorders, bipolar disorders, active substance use disorders or those who have or develop suicidal ideation per their medical record.
• Patients with previous Pharmacogenomics testing.
• Patients consented under the Right or Right10K studies.
