Mayo PKD Clinical Database
The Genetics, Epigenetics and Metabolomics Core offers access to the Mayo PKD Clinical Database to study the natural history and genotype-phenotype correlations in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). The database contains information on about 4,500 people with ADPKD. This includes imaging of about 2,000 people and genetic data on about 1,500 people.
