Dr. Trushina's work focuses on understanding the early molecular mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis, metabolic disorders and aging. Dr. Trushina's goal is developing disease-modifying mitochondria-targeted interventions.
