Cancer vaccine research focuses on using vaccines to help prevent and treat several types of cancer, including breast cancer and ovarian cancer. This research includes basic immunobiology, clinical trials and translation to clinical care.

- Preventing recurrence of triple-negative breast cancer.
- Promoting immunity in early breast lesions, such as ductal carcinoma in situ.
- Preventing estrogen receptor (ER) positive, HER2-positive and triple-negative breast cancer.
- Attacking remaining ovarian cancer cells after treatment.
