Services and Training
The Cytometry and Cell Imaging Laboratory offers self-service use of all microscopes, slide scanners and analytical flow cytometers. Training is mandatory to access all self-service equipment.
The lab offers sorting services for both cell sorters as well as CyTOF sample staining and data acquisition services. It also offers project consultations for all equipment and technologies.
Self-service equipment and training
The Cytometry and Cell Imaging Lab provides self-service training and access for the following equipment:
- LSM880 confocal microscope.
- EVOS M5000 microscope.
- Aperio AT2 slide scanner.
- Pannoramic 250 slide scanner.
- Attune NxT flow cytometer.
- Aurora flow cytometer.
- SH800 cell sorter.
Staff-provided services
- Project consultation.
- Instrument training.
- Cell sorting with SH800 or FACSAria cell sorter.
- Mass cytometry (CyTOF) sample staining.
- CyTOF data acquisition.
