SUMMARY

Andrew J. Meltzer, M.D., M.B.A., is a board-certified vascular surgeon, with special expertise in minimally invasive vascular surgery. He also is an accomplished researcher. In addition to managing his clinical practice, Dr. Meltzer studies the safety and effectiveness of new technologies.

Dr. Melzer's research focuses on surgical outcomes and comparative effectiveness in vascular surgery. He is the recipient of intramural and extramural local grants and grants from the National Institutes of Health and the United States Food and Drug Administration. He has served as co-investigator and site principal investigator on numerous clinical trials.
