The research interests of Jennifer G. Le-Rademacher, Ph.D., are in the design and analysis of cancer clinical trials and statistical methodology relevant to biomedical research.
Dr. Le-Rademacher is the lead faculty statistician for the Cancer Prevention and Control Program at Mayo Clinic. She is the lead faculty statistician for the Transplant and Cellular Therapy Committee, the Immuno-Oncology Committee and the Immune-related Adverse Event Biorepository of the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Cancer Group. She also serves as the lead faculty statistician for the Symptom Intervention Committee and as the lead statistician and Vice Chair of the Cancer in the Older Adult Committee of the Alliance National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) Research Base. She collaborates with investigators in these groups on multicenter cancer clinical trials and research grants.
As a member of several multidisciplinary teams, Dr. Le-Rademacher provides scientific and statistical expertise to researchers seeking novel treatments for patients with hematologic malignancies. She is also involved in symptom management and intervention research, which seeks treatments to alleviate symptoms associated with cancer therapies.
