Keith M. Furutani, Ph.D., studies emerging technologies in radiation therapy. He is particularly interested in investigating carbon ion radiation therapy.

  • Developing and commissioning delivery control systems for proton and carbon ion radiation therapy.
  • Using computational radiation biology to mathematically translate the measured tissue cell response to clinical endpoints.
