Transplant Research
The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism, and Nutrition-Research studies transplant in the setting of endocrine and metabolic disorders. Our transplant research group studies post-transplant diabetes, investigates outcomes in patients with diabetes after liver transplant, researches islet transplant, and studies medications and treatments to prevent fractures after transplant, among other ongoing transplant-related research.
