  The purpose of this study is to

  1. To provide a comprehensive review of Mayo Clinic’s experience with Targeted Muscle Reinnervation
  2. Investigate the relationships between patient risk factors and clinical variables with long term functional outcomes
  3. Determine rates of complications, revision surgeries and failure
  4. To compare outcomes with other procedures for prosthetic control improvement.
