Biobank and Biorepository Created From Healthy Longevity Clinic

Overview

About this study

The purpose of this study is to create a biobank of specimens from healthy individuals that are being seen in the newly formed Healthy Longevity Clinic at Mayo Clinic.  We hope to use the samples collected to assist in improving future care that may impact scientific excellence.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Mayo Clinic patients scheduled for or being seen in the Healthy Longevity Clinic in the Division of General Internal Medicine.
  • 18 years of age or older at time of consent
  • Have the ability to provide informed consent
  • Have the ability to complete all aspects of this trial.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • < 18 years of age.
