About this study

The purpose of this study is to develop, in close collaboration with stakeholders, an evidence-based decision aid to inform discussions regarding options for adjuvant treatment in patients with resected Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adults ≥ 18 years with biopsy proven resected NSCLC.
  • Appointment to discuss adjuvant treatment of resected NSCLC.

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Major barriers to providing informed consent (i.e. dementia, severe hearing or visual impairment).

Clinician Inclusion Criteria:

  • Clinicians who meet with patients to discuss adjuvant treatment of resected NSCLC.

Clinician Exclusion Criteria:

  • None.

PAG Member Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adults ≥ 18 years.
  • Member of the KER Unit PAG.

PAG Member Exclusion Criteria:

  • None.
