About this study

The aims of this study will be collection of standard and routinely obtained data specifically in the preoperative evaluation, operative room, postoperative/hospitalization period, and long term follow from the electronic medical record. Data collected will then be analyzed with standard scientific methods.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

All patients at MCJ undergoing pancreatic resection from the year 1995 until the present, including partial proximal, partial distal, and total pancreatectomy.

Exclusion Criteria:

Patients undergoing non-resectional pancreatic procedures or tumor enucleation procedures will be excluded. There will be no pregnant women or children 15 or younger included in this data set.
