A Study to Determine the Incidence of Atrial and Ventricular Arrhythmias in Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine the incidence of atrial and ventricular arrhythmias in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, with and without sleep apnea.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Currently or previously enrolled in 17-003514 and/or 16-009474
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Prior diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)
  • Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Vulnerable study population
  • Known atrial fibrillation
  • Implanted with a PPM or ICD
  • Pregnancy
