A Study to Develop and Maintain a Registry of Specimens from Patients with Bladder Cancer

About this study

The purpose of this study is to develop and maintain a registry of blood and urine specimens of patients who have been treated for bladder cancer.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Patients between the ages of 50- 90 with a diagnosis of bladder cancer
  • Any patient presenting to the MCF Department of Urology with a suspicion of bladder cancer

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Case patients under 50 or older than 85 who have not been diagnosed with bladder cancer
  • Control patients under 50 or older than 85
