About this study

The purpose of this study is to obtain tissue, blood, saliva, and stool specimens and informed consent from ENT patients in order to build a freezer archive of samples to support ongoing and future developmental studies.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

Patients with benign or malignant tumors of the head and neck area with plans for surgical excision.

Exclusion Criteria:

Patients who lack capacity to consent.
Patients who are not planning on having surgery.
Failing to meet the above inclusion criteria.
Refusal to sign consent form.
