The Alliance Patient Questionnaire: A Pilot Study to Determine Questionnaire Feasibility

About this study

The purpose of this study is to learn more about cancer patients and their health. We are asking participants to complete a survey in order to collect this information. About 220 people will take part in this study.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients must be consented to another NCTN clinical trial on which an Alliance institution may participate.

For example, patients who have consented to a SWOG treatment trial open to Alliance members may be registered to A191401.

NOTE: Patients must be registered to the other trial before registration to this study can be completed.

Patients must be able to complete the questionnaire.

Can be done with the aid of an interpreter, family member, or medical professional, if necessary.

Note: With regard to cognitive impairment, if patient is able to complete the questionnaire, it will be assumed that cognitive impairment does not exist.
