Our lab strongly believes in mentoring the next generation. Here, Dr. Fairweather works with a research fellow examining gene expression changes in myocarditis.

We believe that students are an integral part of a successful research laboratory. Our lab is committed to teaching and mentoring students from all disciplines who want to gain research experience in a translational lab setting. Dr. Fairweather has successfully mentored students at all levels, from high school students to Ph.D. and M.D. fellows.
