Education and Training

Dr. Rodriguez-Bravo's career includes numerous scientific contributions as well as research awards and service to education. She accumulated research experience in different countries including at the University Medical Center Utrecht in the Netherlands and at the Hospital Clinic, University of Barcelona Medical School in Spain. Later, she trained in New York City at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and started her own research group at the Mount Sinai Hospital.

Dr. Rodriguez-Bravo's lab at Mayo Clinic welcomes students pursuing Ph.D. degrees through Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Research in our lab aligns primarily with the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Track or the Molecular Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics Track. Students interested in conducting Ph.D. dissertation studies under Dr. Rodriguez-Bravo can apply directly to the Ph.D. Program through Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
