    The purpose of this study is to study HIV infected individuals or others who have had another infection or inflammatory condition that may affect the content or structure of lymph nodes or may have none of these conditions and the sample will be used as a normal control.

  • Pilot Study of Ixazomib to Reduce the Number of HIV DNA Positive Lymphoid Cells Rochester, Minn.

    The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of ixazomib in HIV infected patients who are on a stable regimen of ART that suppresses HIV replication, and to determine the effectiveness of ixazomib on reservoir T cells that are infected with HIV DNA.

  • Randomized Controlled Trial of Losartan for Outpatients with COVID-19 (COVID-19) Rochester, Minn.

    This is a multicenter randomized controlled trial comparing losartan vs placebo for outpatients with COVID. Every patient that is tested in the ED and drive through clinic will receive a brochure with information about the study. COVID positive will be called, and will receive supplies (medication, thermometer and swabs) at home.
