Airway Stenosis Specimen Registry Rochester, Minn.
The primary objective of this proposal is to develop an Airway Stenosis Registry at Mayo Clinic. The purpose of the registry will be to support ongoing research in the etiology, early diagnosis, clinical management, and prognosis of airway stenosis due to inflammation, cancers and other diseases of the airway.
Cricopharyngeal Dysfunction and Esophageal Diverticulum Prospective, Multi-Institutional Study Proposal Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.
Patients undergoing open transcervical or endoscopic approach in which a laser or stapler is used to divide the common wall between the diverticulum and esophagus, or who are not surgical candidates but agree to follow-up.

Laryngopharyngeal Reflux before and after Cricopharyngeal Myotomy Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.
In patients with gastroesophageal reflux and/or laryngopharyngeal reflux with cricopharyngeal hypertrophy or Zenker's diverticulum, does cricopharyngeal myotomy increase the amount of laryngopharyngeal reflux?
Prospective Study of Subglottic and Tracheal Stenosis Rochester, Minn.
This study aims to collect data on patients with airway stenosis focusing on patient quality of life, the identification of idiopathic subglottic stenosis, evaluation of the durability of interventions, and to share data with external collaborators. Pateints entered in this study may also participate in a multi-institutional study, PCORI. PCORI is focused on idiopathic subglottic stenosis outcomes reported by patients.
