Skills Determination, Decay and Delay Study (SD3) Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.
The purpose of this study is to determine training/remediation for front line medical personnel to learn and maintain medical readiness by evaluating the ability of participants to complete skills based on a predetermined checklist. We aim to establish proficiency performance criteria for select skills; publish curricula to attain proficiency in these skills; measure decay in these skills over time and strategies to mitigate the decay.

The Use of Cerebral Oximetry (to monitor changes in regional blood oxygen saturation) to Assess for Neurological Worsening in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.
The primary purpose of this study is to monitor patients with acute ischemic strokes who receive reperfusion therapies (tissue plasminogen activator, mechanical thrombectomy or both) with non-invasive cerebral oximetry to (rScO2) assess if changes in rScO2 can predict changes in clinical neurologic examination.
