A Real-world Comparative Effectiveness Trial of Treatment Strategies in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis: The RA-PRO (Patient Reported Outcomes) Pragmatic Trial (RA-PROPR) (RA-PROPR) Rochester, Minn.
The overall objective of this study is to examine if the strategy starting of the addition of a tsDMARD, oral targeted molecule medications will lead to greater improvement in HAQ compared with the alternate approach of the addition of a non-TNF-biologic.

CSP #594 - Comparative Effectiveness in Gout: Allopurinol vs. Febuxostat Rochester, Minn.
This trial will compare two effective therapies, allopurinol and febuxostat, to lower serum uric acid and therefore prevent further gout attaches. These therapies have never been compared at appropriate doses. Further, they will be study in patients with kidney disease for the first time.
