The purpose of this research is to better understand SARS-CoV-2 transmission, and to determine if laboratory tests can predict which persons are more likely to transmit SARS-CoV-2 to household contacts and what is the duration of infectivity.

The purpose of this study is to better understand the role of HIV and/or HCV infection and/or SARS-CoV-2 on the immune system and potential ways to eliminate the virus(es).

Analytic Treatment Interruption of Antiretroviral Therapy to Assess for HIV Cure Rochester, Minn.
This study is designed to determine if individual patients with HIV infection have been cured of the infection. To do this, antiretroviral therapy is discontinued under close medical supervision and the patient monitored over time for reactivation of infection.
