  • Airway Stenosis Specimen Registry Rochester, MN; Jacksonville, FL

    The primary objective of this proposal is to develop an Airway Stenosis Registry at Mayo Clinic. The purpose of the registry will be to support ongoing research in the etiology, early diagnosis, clinical management, and prognosis of airway stenosis due to inflammation, cancers and other diseases of the airway.  

  • A Study of Subglottic and Tracheal Stenosis Rochester, MN

    This study aims to collect data on patients with airway stenosis focusing on patient quality of life,  the identification of idiopathic subglottic stenosis, evaluation of the durability of interventions, and to share data with external collaborators. Pateints entered in this study may also participate in a multi-institutional study, PCORI. PCORI is focused on idiopathic subglottic stenosis outcomes reported by patients.

  • Laryngeal Allograft Transplantation Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ

    The purpose of this proposed study is to obtain safety and efficacy data on human laryngeal allograft transplantation in an effort to safely use these procedures as a viable reconstructive option for patients with severe laryngeal or laryngotracheal incompetence.
