Physicians within the Department of Radiology treat melanoma through the use of innovative diagnostics and minimally invasive tumor-directed therapy.

Mayo Clinic physicians with expertise in interventional radiology, diagnostic radiology, ultrasonography and vascular surgery offer alternative treatments to patients with melanoma who might not otherwise be candidates for traditional surgical procedures.
