The purpose of this study is to compare disease-free survival (DFS) of patients with high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) treated with adjuvant cemiplimab, versus those treated with placebo, after surgery and radiation therapy (RT). The purpose of this study is to assess outcomes, satisfaction and aesthetics of two different breast reconstruction techniques (Goldilocks alone, and Goldilocks with Implant-Based Reconstruction) and compare its safety, patient satisfaction, aesthetic evaluation and complications.
