Comparing ESG to ESG with APC Rochester, MN

The objectives of this study are to assess the safety and durability of combined hybrid APC and ESG compared to traditional ESG, and to assess weight loss and improvement in obesity-related co-morbidities in combined hybrid APC and ESG compared to ESG alone.

The purpose of this study is to investigate if Hybrid Argon Plasma Coagulation (HAPC) is non-inferior to Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) in the stricture-free eradication of the dysplastic Barrett's Esophagus (BE) epithelium.
