A Study to Evaluate Support Services for Managing Urological Conditions

About this study

The purpose of this study is to assess if men and women seeking care for urological diseases have interest in support services in conjunction with standard of care.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Men and women 18 years and older.
  • Participants with an existing or newly diagnosed urological disease seeking care from pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery specialists from the Mayo Clinic Phoenix Urology department.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Unable to read or comprehend study paperwork and survey.
  • Non-English Speaking.
  • Participants with certain physical and mental disabilities that might interfere with their ability to give informed consent, cooperate with the researcher, or understand the questions asked
